Batch Cartridge Booth
The Batch Cartridge Style powder spray booth provides clean, efficient and flexible operation in batch, short-run and custom-color manual powder coating operations.
With cartridge-filter technology, the booth provides high material utilization and fast, color-change capability in a compact, modular system that is ideal for use in small to midium sized short run applications. The Batch booth can be custom designed for automatic spray applications. Online Cartridge Booth
All NR Metal Finishing Automatic Powder Coating Booths combine strength, safety and quick cleaning capabilitys.
Online Cartridge Booths are used where high production powder coating or non-metallic grinding applications are required. Cartridge Powder Coating Spray Booths have either Fluidized Bed recovery or Removable Drawer powder recovery. Spray booths include blower & motor, cartridge filters, final filters, solenoid valve, manometer, light fixtures, assembly instructions, and pre-wired control panel
Wet Spray - (Dry Filter Booth)
NR designs the Dry Filter booths for many finishing applications. We offer both open face type and conveyorised models. We can also design a custom dry filter booth specifically for your application. Front filter doors, air make-up systems and special spray booth controls can all be integrated into the design.
Water Wash Booth
The NR Metal FinishingWater Wash Spray Booth provides an extremely efficient means for removing paint particles from the exhausted air by using water as a filtration media. Water wash booths are utilized for high volume paint usage. In addition, water wash booths handle a larger variety of paints, with a wider range of viscosity's and drying speeds. Water wash booths are favored by all health, fire and building codes. We design the water wash type booths for many finishing applications. We offer both pump and no-pump versions in open face type, enclosed, and conveyorised models. Front filter doors, air make-up systems, sludge de-watering, and special spray booth controls can all be integrated into the design
