Drying Ovens
Drying ovens are used following cleaning or pretreatment, prior to the application of paints, powder coating, adhesives or inks.
Our industrial ovens are custom manufactured to your production rate, curing cycle, and layout requirements. They can be configured to accommodate single pass or multi-pass conveyor systems depending on your requirements.
Commercial Convection Oven Systems - (Curing)
Convection ovens are an economical oven choice if floor space and/or production levels are not a major consideration. A convection oven is practical where numerous part sizes, configurations and material thicknesses are processed simultaneously.
Commercial convection ovens are time-tested process heating systems. The use of precision time and temperature controls, and airflow systems engineered for uniformity throughout the oven cavity, provides high quality curing
Powder Gel / Ramp Oven - (Pre-Heat)
A ramp oven sets or “gels” the powder coating by accelerated temperature rise, to prevent powder loss and reduce the soak time needed for curing.
Infra-red Cure Ovens
Infrared cure ovens provide faster cure cycles, allowing oven size to be considerably smaller. The result is an oven that has a smaller footprint than a conventional convection oven.
High intensity gas infrared oven systems deliver higher energy output than catalytic infrared, and can provide zoned heating. They are a great alternative to electric infrared systems due to the lower operating cost. They are a fast, economical way to raise product surfaces to high temperature when short process cycles are the objective or where higher temperatures can optimize a process.
Burn Off Oven
Most Powder Coaters recognise one major problem with finishing systems...keeping paint racks, hooks and fixtures clean. Grounding and transfer efficiency of the paint line is maintained when finishers can keep the racks and hooks free from coatings.
Combination Infrared / Convection Oven
Combination infrared and convection oven systems use infrared energy to "ramp" product temperatures quickly prior to a convection soak stage, where finish curing or drying is completed. Infrared emitters can be retrofitted inside an existing convection oven to increase production within restricted spaces. Or, a combination system can be engineered to accommodate a broad range of part sizes or configurations.
